About the Role
We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organisational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.

Requirements
Recruitment function including liaising with external vendors and employment agencies
Work passes application, renewal and cancellation
Preparation of HR letters (Employment contracts, Confirmation, Annual Increment, Promotion, etc.)
Source and organize training programs and liaise with industry trainers and institutions
Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare activities
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
Good knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
Updating internal databases with new hire information
Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Good interpersonal and written communication skills
Well verse in English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast paced environment
