Adaptive Data Governance for Responsible AI

Responsible AI is designing, developing, and deploying AI to empower employees and businesses

AI development is opening up new opportunities to improve people's lives worldwide, from business to healthcare to education. However, it also raises new concerns about best-incorporating fairness, interpretability, privacy, and security into these systems.

Responsible AI is designing, developing, and deploying AI to empower employees and businesses while positively impacting customers and society, allowing companies to build trust and scale AI with confidence.

AI provides businesses with unprecedented opportunities but also an enormous responsibility. Its immediate impact on people's lives has raised significant concerns about AI ethics, data governance, trust, and legality.

According to 2022 Tech Vision research, only 35% of global consumers trust how organizations are implementing AI & 77% believe organizations should be held accountable for their use of AI.

Before You Scale, Identify AI Bias

The Algorithmic Assessment is a technical evaluation that assists in identifying and mitigating potential risks and unintended consequences of AI systems throughout your organization to foster trust and build support systems around AI decision-making.

Prioritizing use cases ensures you evaluate and remediate those with the most significant risk and impact. Following the definition of priorities, they considered using our Algorithmic Assessment, which includes a series of qualitative and quantitative checks to support various stages of AI development. The evaluation consists of four significant steps :

  1. Set goals around your fairness objectives for the system, considering different end-users.

  2. Measure & discover disparities in potential outcomes and sources of bias across various users or groups.

  3. Mitigate any unintended consequences using proposed remediation strategies.

  4. Monitor & control systems with processes that flag and resolve future disparities as the AI system evolves.

As organizations begin to scale up their use of AI to capture business benefits, they must be aware of new and pending regulations and the steps they must take to ensure compliance where Responsible AI comes into play.
